Job Description

Our client is an award winning telemarketing organisation that specialises in conducting commercial, non-for-profit and government campaigns.Currently, they seek a Payroll Administrations Executive to join their growing team.

Key duties will involve data entry and data transfer in Excel spreadsheets, checking accuracy of data entry against timesheets and payroll process, preparing weekly supplier timesheets, preparing monthly pay summaries and providing support to other business sites and functions if needed.

The successful candidate therefore must be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  • PC literacy particularly Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Previous payroll experience

  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team

  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders at any level

The successful candidate will work Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm and will be paid 16k-17k per annum depending upon experience.
